Due to health, safety and sanitary reasons, products are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. Please understand all lashes are handmade so there may be slight variations from the images on the website.
Damaged Products
If a product is defective or damaged, you’ll need to notify us WITHIN 72 HOURS of receiving your order. Send a picture of the packaging box, the unused damaged item and your order number to: customercare@theflashiest.life
Be sure to note the email address and send to the correct inbox so it can be addressed promptly and efficiently.
All sales are final for promotional code and sale items.
Refused Delivery/ Return to Sender
Please ensure the correct delivery address has been entered as we’re unable to cover the loss of delivery to a wrong address.
For refused delivery, the shipping fee will be charged to the original payment method used during checkout. The refused item must be received before any refunds are processed.
Customers are responsible for the return-shipping fee, and it is non-refundable.
